Responsiveness coping skills and anxiety

Many children become anxious in a variety of situations, going to school, a new and different, a change in routine, something new and different can cause anxiety in children and adolescents and they need coping skills to handle these problems. Fear is usually made by mental and physical reactions a terrible event. Physical reactions are respiratory symptoms, palpitations, sweating, fatigue, and high blood pressure. While the physical symptoms, psychological symptoms are feelings of fear, anxiety and discomfort, difficulty concentrating, watching expect the worst, irritability, restlessness, and wait for signs of danger, in this situation you will need coping skills.

Sometimes, a person can be so overwhelming that have a panic attack. If it is a child problem, their school performance is down because of the fear can affect pre-school or problems to your family if they leave the house to go on an errand with mom or dad to be rejected. If you think your child is afraid of different ideas on how you can work through their feelings and teach them coping skills. Deep diaphragmatic breathing can be a calming effect, as during the stress and breathe in anger, and the people tend to breath. To complete a cycle of deep breathing to ensure the child is breathing a little longer than inhalation.

For example, you bring your child to take a deep breath, count to three, hold your breath for a moment, and then exhale for a number of four or five. This process divides the body relax and breathe deeply, while reducing the heart rate and calming your child. Persistent and continued the coping skills practice to help them be able to deep breathing to practice when anxious.
